230 Vac kit for single hinged gates with a maximum length of 2 metres and a maximum weight of 150 kg. The kit consists of:

  • 1 self-locking operator arm

  • 1 electronic programmer

  • 1 radio receiver card

  • 1 weatherproof cover for programmer and receiver

  • 2 two-channel radio transmitters (handsets)

  • 1 photoelectric safety beam

  • 1 Adjustable rear wall bracket 2

  • 1 Adjustable front plate 3

  •  Connection cables 1

 

 1 Cables are supplied to connect the components, and to connect to a mains supply within 50 metres of the programmer.

2 The bracket has to be mounted so that its centre is 120 mm from the pivot point of the gate; in practice this means that the gate pillar must have a cross section of at least 160 mm (6 in) square. The bracket has to resist considerable force and will need to be attached to wooden supports by bolting through, or to brick piers by using high performance anchor bolts (not supplied).

3 On wooden gates it may be necessary to reinforce the bars or cross members on which the operator arm front end is mounted, with the supplied adjustable front plate.
